Heating controls, wifi passwords, oven settings – even getting the TV to work – the last thing you want is frustrated guests who are unable to fully relax and enjoy their stay because they’re having trouble getting to grips with the setup of the property.

Full check in service: we can be there to meet and greet new arrivals – show them around the property and demonstrate any unusual or tricky to operate technology.

Full phone support: instead of calling you, guests have our support line number which is manned 24/7.  We maintain a list of instructions for each property and can talk them through solutions (or come to the property and assist if warranted).

In-property guides: Clearly laid out property guides work absolute wonders in helping guests settle in.  As part of our service, we can produce a bespoke guide for your property that details how to operate any potentially confusing aspects – from setting the heating or hot water to controlling the dishwasher – all customised to your appliances and systems.
